Macet macet and macet again today.. I hate the traffic. especially on raining season. The weather + traffic + busy hour = JUST PERFECT!
Yea, beberapa hari ini Surabaya bener-bener macet tiap sore.. The worst is yesterday, I have to take a longer way, outside of town, to get home.. I heard from the local radio that there are vehicles trapped in the traffic and couldn't move for almost 4 hours! Bener-bener deh! PJR mesti take action segera untuk memperbaiki aturan jalan. Kalo ga bisa, dengan tambah banyaknya mobil and jumlah kendaraan di Surabaya, in the coming years, it will become worst.
Well, let's just hope..
My boyfriend is going for a religious tour today, he & his family join a Holy Land tour to Jerusalem, Abu Dabhi, etc. He's going there by airplane this afternoon. It will be great to celebrate Christmas there, don't you think? I'm happy for him.. Hope he have a fabulous trip. Sure going to miss him so much tho..
How about me? well, my family & I plan to go there around October next year ^^,
This afternoon, I went out with some friends to TP. Just meet up, had dinner and chit chat at Coffee Bean.. nice.

This is the first of the Sweets in glass series.. there are going to be five kinds of sweets, strawberry, orange, melon and kiwi, choco banana, and the first one that I just finished is this, choco caramel.. so sweet, don't bite your lips! haha..
I haven't found the right glass tho.. I think the one that is used to serve drinks in the airplane is the perfect one, the size and all.. but where can I get it? hm.. should I travel by plane first? haha.. jokes lah..

At last..my Advent calendar is finished..a week late I know..haha..
But better late than never. I never made one of these before, saw some on the flickr group and they make it looks really fun counting the days till Christmas..
After looking up here and there, at first I decided to male little ornaments that I can hang on the Christmas tree, but then I found out I may not be able to make one for each day, due to many reasons. So yeah..I went to look up for some other ideas.. I saw one looks like this on the cover of handicraft book someone uploaded on her flickr, I forgot her name, but when I find her again, for sure I'll post the information..
So I made 4x4cm squares, stitch them here and there and sew them to the bigger flannel square..
Those little squares make little pockets where I can put my favorite things and little gift I made.. I really like the idea..
This is a pic after I put some little ornaments on it..a cow I made for a friend (you probably know whose the one I mean by now, someone who likes cow so much, haha.. I hope you like it), little heart, a fave pic of my boyfriend and I. And there's on top, my one and only Advent calendar ornaments.. a house with red roof and a star on it.. hehe..

yea..I've been posting songs, peoples' pictures.. I haven't made my own yet.

Went out with my boyfriend's sister tonight. She came to Surabaya with her Mum for a wedding party. I messaged her this morning and asked if she want to meet up.
So we did go out. And not just another hang out, we're on a mission, hehe.. just joking. We had dinner at Top Noddles, went around boutiques in PTC, mupeng-mupeng at Body Shop, to Hartono Electronic, Igor's and last to Papaya.. a lot of place in one night eh? well, we have to buy some things.
So pity she didn't get to go to Daiso, a one priced shop that sells Japanese stuff (not all actually, some were made in China, just had Japanese design, haha). Well, next time Kiks, I'll take you there ;-)
And next time, we'll make sure we take sticker photos, k?
