Bear story..

Hi! I just finished making him last night, while msg-ing and phoning with my boyfriend ^^,
His name is Edvard! Why Edvard? Well, I have no idea too. The name just popped-up in my head when I was joining his body parts. By the way, you can call him Ed.This is his full picture. He's so small, isn't he? Just the size of my palm, even smaller I think.

Oh-oh! Ed is shy! And he wants to hide behind the blankets! Well, of course, he doesn't have any clothes to wear yet. I'll make some for him soon and post it here and my flickr. He'll become a very cute bear! You'll see (^^,)*

This all for now. Have a great day!

I just read..

Lion Boy, trilogy by Zizou Corder. It's a fun story. A boy named Charlie Ashanti has an ability to speak with cats - and realize that this gives him a lot of advantages, especially after his professor parents were kidnapped. Then he began a journey to find his parents and end up rescuing 6 circus lions, trapped in Venice, and lots of dangerous yet exciting adventure! Will he find his parents? Will he be able to help his lion friends to go back to their home, the jungle? You'll never know before you read it.
I just finished the first and second book, and going to get the third one tomorrow. Can't wait!!

By the way, I have finished another trilogy before this, The Bartimaeus Trilogy by Jonathan Stroud. It's about wizards' world, but it's not like Harry Potter, it's darker. The witches and wizards are not friendly and they love power, status, to be above and rule the commoner (that's how the wizards call muggles in this book). It's a nice novel and it is said that it is a New York Times best-seller too. You should try it. Well, you might feel it's too descriptive and sometimes got bored with it, but it's still make you curious. Like I said, you'll never know before you read it!

Give it a try, good for time-killer.. ('^,)*

Back to work..

It's been a month since I went to Banjarmasin, my hometown. Haha, a really satisfying holiday you can say, from Christmas until New Year. It's been fun, especially near my family and loved ones. We had a lot of things, from "wet" Christmas (because it's raining and all people whose sitting outside the church were running in to the church because the wind broke our tent. Tho it was a tearfully New Year, we did have some fun with the fireworks and my 2nd brother and I promised to have a lot more next year. It will be superb!!
It's been a great month indeed! My boyfriend and I celebrate our 2nd Anniversary.
I hope we'll always be together & reach our dreams (^^,)* Love him so much!

And now, I'm already back in Surabaya and the job with all its' paperwork are waiting. Work! Work! Work! Moreover with all the preparation for Chinese New Year, Gosh!!
Although it's been a hectic one, tiring and just work, work, work.. don't forget to smile (^^,)*

Have a great day, guys!!!

note: this photo is taken in my Mums' office. My office in Surabaya is too ugly to put in here, haha..
